Barack Obama Listens to Lobbyists For Health Insurance Companies and Ignores Everybody Else

What is Barack Obama's position on health insurance, is it that of George Bush ( Daddys Little Baby who never grew up and runs crying to daddy in his diapers when he does not get his way ) who only listens to lobbyists or well Obama listen to all of the people?
